Last week, our church joined Southern Baptist churches across the country in observing the Week of Prayer for North American Missions, praying for missionaries and their families as they share the gospel throughout North America.
Although the Week of Prayer has concluded, the opportunity to give continues through Easter Sunday. Gifts to this offering support church planting, evangelism, compassion ministries, leadership development, and missions education.

This Easter at FBC Midland, we invite you to Know His Name. In John 5, Jesus meets a man who had been broken for thirty-eight years and proves that His name is more than a title—it is healing, restoration, and new life, both inside and out. Our pastor’s message, “A Name that Heals – Inside and Out!”, will challenge us to trust the power and authority of Jesus not only to mend our bodies, but to transform our hearts. The morning will also feature celebratory worship led by our worship choir and orchestra, including the powerful song “I Know a Name,” which reminds us that the name of Jesus still brings hope, freedom, and resurrection life today. Come celebrate the risen Christ and discover the power of knowing His name.
